I work in the medical field and constantly using soap and hand sanitizer that dry my hands out. I have been struggling over a year with one finger that is extremely dry, cracked and painful. It felt like I had tried anything and everything that I could buy over the counter, even prescription medication didn't fully heal it. A friend of mine who works in healthcare as well recommended this product. After a week and a few days of using this stuff during the workday it has made a BIG difference. 10/10 recommend. I will also say that I am not a fan of having ointment or lotion on my hands, to me it makes it feel dirty, however this salve absorbs into my hands quickly and doesn't leave it feeling oily at all.
I usually buy JT hand salve from Miguel's climbing shop in Reg River Gorge but I ran out and ordered it direct instead.

I read the reviews and thought I would give it a try. A pleasant surprise! It really helps with the arthritis pain in my hands.
This salve is top notch and helps heal my climbers hands quickly, plus it smells quite nice. I really appreciate the organic ingredients and listing what each ingredient does to treat of my skin.

I am addicted to the desert shimmers ocotillo in sparkly pink! It’s a little minty/slightly tingly which I love and smells so good. It gives the perfect subtle light pink sparkle.
I also loved the mocha mint- if you like chocolate mint scents you will love it. Dessert meets lip balm.
They also threw in a candy cane balm which I was so excited for because I LOVE! And it literally tastes exactly like candy canes.
Couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.
