A buddy of mine let me borrow some of this and I've been hooked since. Major ankle injury from climbing (and subsequently reinsured skiing) and constantly dealing with inflammation, swelling and pain. Amongst a bunch of other treatment modalities, I use this frequently to help ease pain and swelling. Feels like there are sooo many options in this space, but this stuff is the real deal.
Super convenient size to throw in my bag. Lots of sunscreens tend to run in the water but I've been stoked with the staying power of this, even after hours in the lineup. Lifeguard here with plenty of experience with tons of different sunscreens and I keep returning to this one. Reef safe is a bonus for me, but keeping it out of my eyes no matter how much I sweat is what sets it apart.
I've been using this product for going on a decade now, and over the years experimented with plenty of other brands. Nothing really compares. After a long day of destroying my tips and donating skin to the granite gods, nothing seems to repair and regenerate skin faster than this salve. As integral a part of my road trip kit as tape and chalk, there's no doubt in my mind that I get more days out on rocks thanks to jtree salve!
I love this soap !!! It has the best smell and I feel good using this soap on my body, to wash my clothes, hands, etc. I camp a ton so I love that it is biodegradable. I love the love that everyone at JTree has for the earth, it shows !!!
I met Dave at Red River Gorge a few years back at Rocktoberfest. He gifted me a chapstick, the Forest Love. It became my favorite and since then I will put nothing else on my lips. My friends and I are obsessed. It feels so smooth and even has SPF !
