I was really pleasantly surprised with how well this worked to relieve muscle pain in my back. I rubbed it on my shoulders and coerced my husband to put it on my back. I slept better than I had in weeks. I got good relief and woke feeling so much better. I have recommended this to multiple other people and have no intentions to stop - wish they offered it in a professional size for my office.
