From day one, Kat, Bonnie, and the entire team welcomed me like family. Kat was incredible throughout the formulation process, helping bring my vision to life, while Bonnie’s creativity and attention to detail with the labels made every product look just as amazing as it performs. Every person I’ve interacted with has been knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about what they do.
Together, we created my Vernors lip balm, my Faygo Cotton Candy lip balm, and an incredible Faygo Cotton Candy sunscreen—with Black Cherry Faygo coming next. What started as an idea became a reality because they believed in the vision and worked alongside me every step of the way.
What impresses me most is that they truly care about creating products that are good for your skin. Their commitment to locally made, high-quality, thoughtfully formulated products shines through in everything they produce. You can tell they aren’t just making products—they’re creating something they’re proud to stand behind.
The sunscreen, in particular, is an absolute game changer. This project was inspired by my son’s sensory needs, and JT Factory helped turn that dream into something real. It smells incredible, goes on smoothly, absorbs beautifully, doesn’t leave you feeling oily or greasy, and actually feels great to wear. Knowing it’s made with skin health in mind makes it even better. It’s honestly a product I can’t imagine going without now.
The lip balms are exceptional, but this sunscreen has completely exceeded every expectation I had. Being able to be the first to launch something like this with their team has been an amazing experience.
