Lisa has been a runner her entire life and began racing in 2004, competing in half marathons and duathlons. When she won her first snowshoe race in 2008, she began competing more and found a good niche. She placed 3rd at nationals last year and hopes to compete on an international level. When she’s not snowshoeing, she can be found playing with her dogs in the foothills of Colorado. She is very active in kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, biking, hunting, fishing and gardening. She’s always up for an adventure!

and why?
New Zealand, Australia and Figi…because I was supposed to spend a
semester abroad in college, but I got hit by a truck, lost my memory and never got to
go—I’m overdue!
If you had a yacht what would you name it? Lab Lover
What is your favorite movie quote? “How’d you like to make 14 bucks the hard

What is the strangest thing you’ve ever eaten? Probably anything from our
elementary school lunch!
