How do you train for your sport?: Well, I don’t really train anymore. I retired last year after 20 years of racing. I enjoy riding for fun and helping younger riders improve and handle the stress of racing. I manage the Juliana teams and host events all over the country where ladies do yoga, ride, and enjoy free food and drinks.
Other sports/hobbies: Backcountry skiing, Dirt Biking, and Trail Running.
What advice would you give to someone who is just starting out: If you want to learn how to Mountain Bike, take a lesson! It’s best to learn proper technique from the beginning.
