How do you train for your sport?: Lots of miles on the bike. I started off riding the Potowatami Trail (just down the road from JTree HQ)
Favorite JTree product: Arnica Recovery Lotion, Camp Soap, and of course B-Matter Embrocation! Recovery is critical and the Arnica Recovery Lotion plays a huge role when I'm doing back to back races along with all the other products that help protect me from the elements on a every single normal training ride.
What advice would you give to someone who is just starting out: Have and keep fun it realistic.
