How do you train for your sport?: I train 4-5 times a week. While my exact training regimen changes depending on what I'm training for, one thing is always there: climbing. I'm not one of those climbers who disappears from the outdoor climbing scene for months on end working away on the fingerboard. I have to get outside at least a few times a month to stay sane.
Other sports/hobbies: Yes, Sport Climbing, Hiking, Mountaineering, Skiing, Surfing
Favorite JTree product: I love the Ice Chalk. It's amazing! I even use it in my climbing shoes to stop them from smelling super bad. I also love the salve. After a long training session or trip outdoors, my skin is wrecked, it helps me heal up quicker than anything else.
What advice would you give to someone who is just starting out: Remember to have fun and take care of yourself.

What is the coolest thing you’ve ever won: I never win anything! The best thing I've ever won was maybe a chalkbag at a raffle during a collegiate competition years ago.
