I usually rub this into my sore muscles at the end of the day before bed. It relaxes me and helps me sleep. I like it a lot, but not as much as the full spectrum CBD salve (which it it but more potent to me!).
Love the product. Shipping was better than expected. Only negative factor is the contact email doesnt seam to work. Had issues with using a discount code. (Emily33) Not sure why it worked on first order, but not accepted on the second order? maybe it limits discount usage per day? Great packaging and will definitely use it again. I have Osteoporosis, and Osteoarthritis as well as tracking disorder. Glad to have found this accidentally through an acquaintance.
I initially picked this up last summer at a music festival because I had been walking double-digit miles daily and my knees were starting to give out (already bad as is). I put this on overnight and honest to goodness, I was ready for another day's work in the morning - bright, refreshed, and darn near pain-free --- a definite improvement from practically needing to limp and crawl myself everywhere. After a few months of use, I began using it on my family members' aches and pains - now, they're all converts. Most of them prefer the lidocaine base as it is almost scent-free; however, the heating/cooling affect of the menthol of this product is also super-therapeutic. A HUGE proponent of both/either.
