Leslie Timms aka Les, Les the Mess

Location: The Blue Mountains of Ontario
Fuzzy Friends: Kyle doesn't let me have any fuzzy friends.
Activities: Rock climbing!!!
Accomplishments: Not falling sometimes. Pulling some random hard route completely out of my a$$. I consider myself a solid 5.13 climber, I get a lot of satisfaction from hard onsighting and a lot of frustration from hard redpointing.
Bio: It would be fair to say that ever since the first time that I rock climbed, I was completely obsessed. My obsession has taken me to a lot of really amazing places and I just cant imagine stopping any time soon. Life is so good, and I just keep riding the wave. It happened to drop me off in "The Bay" area of Ontario, an amazing spot right on Georgian Bay, of the massive Lake Huron. It is like a fresh water ocean and we are surrounded by the Niagara Escarpment, which has inspired me to guide rock climbing and explore. We spend as much time at home as the weather allows and once winter hits, my husband and I try to migrate towards rocks and sun as much as possible. Pretty sure I am the luckiest person alive, life is damn good.
Why you love JT: Cuz it actually works! Seriously, it creeps me out sometimes... I put it on like the nastiest gobies right before bed, I wake up, and it is almost healed. It's like it gives me mutant healing powers.

Kelly McBride

Location:I live in Denver Colorado
Fuzzy Friends: I have the coolest fuzzy friend named Kona who is an insane border collie with mad Frisbee catching skillz. She is one of the few animals that is able to navigate the high alpine terrain of the newly developed bouldering area at Mt. Evans in Colorado called Lincoln Lake. She weaves in and out of the talus hunting pika and marmot swifter than a mountain lion. Only because I apply Joshua Tree Climbing Salve applied to her sore little feet at the end of the day, is she is able to manage 6 solid days on the sharp talus without missing a step.
Activities: I rock climb on boulders
Accomplishments: My bouldering accomplishments include The Kind Traverse V11, and The Marble V10 in Rocky Mountain National Park. Unshackled at Lincoln Lake V10. Evilution (to the lip), Center Direct, Bubba Gump, and Low Rider all V10 in Bishop. Fingerhut, V10 in Joe's Valley Utah. I recently completed Carnage in Fontainebleau France, a V9 in Brione Swizerland called Molunk as well as the hardest female ascent in good ol' Wisconsin, a V9 called Alpine Club. In the world of non climbing accomplishments I recently survived walking 100 miles through the bush of Tsavo National Park in Kenya and not getting eaten.
Bio: I am 27 and I am about to endeavor upon a 12 month accelerated nursing program to receive my BSN. I have a passion for purple tights, tasty Chardonnay, and French cheeses. I live a life of impetuousness mixed in with slight hyperactivity and a boredom that sets in if I am not traveling about and doing new things that scare me. Rock climbing is a lifestyle that I cannot live without and I will climb until I am a little old lady placing pieces on a climb that toddlers can toprope.
Why you love JT: Joshua Tree makes the best products in the universe. I swear by the Luscious Lavender and Mountain Mint Lip Balms. Without the Winter and Sun Sticks I would be windburned and scorched. The Fire and Ice Chalk is unique and I can't climb without it. Most importantly the Hand Salve! I use the Hand Salve for everything from worn fingertips from climbing all day to just smearing it on my face and body where it is needed. JTree hand salve has aided in repairing my skin on many climbing trips and the smell, oh the smell, it makes me feel blissful. Kona has taken advice from Torrent and uses JTree on her puppy feet after long climbing days as well. Joshua Tree products are a must have for all walks of life.

Went to college in michigan for two years, then changed paths to become a commercial carpenter. Now in SLC, ive changed paths again, and work as a Lab Technician at the University of Utah's Arup Labratory!!! My dog porter and i couldnt be more happy, in a place that suits us so well!!
Why you love JT: I have been using joshua tree hand salve now for 8 years! And ive tried every product on the market to keep my tips, and skin fresh on long climbing trips! But the only one that actually worked was Joshua Tree Salve. Every trip when i, or my buddies, need to grow some extra skin back, were soaking our hands in the stuff!!! My favorite being to apply a ton of salve, and sit in front of a campfire and let the heat bake it into my skin!! Which feels like a spa treatment for your paws, and bliss after a long day in the "office". Everyone who hasnt tried this great product needs to......its soothing bliss......

Mark Smith

Bio: I have been climbing for the last 13 years of my life. I am at the point now where I have actually climbed for half of my life time, I think that’s kinda cool! I am happy to have found climbing at such a young age and am extremely grateful to have such an amazing sport as my passion. The community, friends and lessons this passion offers daily, are what keep me smiling and excited to wake up every morning.
Why I love JTree: Climbing hard has always been a love/ hate relationship, I love the days climbing but dread the following nights and the total skin devastation. Jtree was the ONLY! skin balm that actually made climbing 2 days in a row enjoyable, it healed my skin faster than any of the other balms out there. Well designed products that actually work, it was love at first sight.

Accomplishments: 2009 FL State Water Ski Champion, 2009 Runner Up Southern Region, 2010 Runner Up US National Championship, 2011 8th Place finish in First Pro Tournament
Bio: I have been skiing since age 4, considering my mother, Jennifer Leachman, held multiple world records in the sport, it came pretty natural. I began competing at age 11, qualifying for my first National Championship the same year. I continued to ski for fun and to see friends until I won my first event, the Florida State Championships. I fell in love with the sport even more and got a little taste of victory. Since then, I have become a water ski addict, training on and off the water whenever I can. Outside of water skiing, I play volleyball and basketball at my high school in Clermont, Florida, where I am also a Senior. I couldn't finish without noting the tremendous impact that my parents have had on my life and ski career, I couldn't do it without them.
Why you love JT: A few months back my mother and I received some JTree Product and used it almost daily. Not only are they organic but they also really work! Our favorite things were the tinted lip balms, looked great, felt great and even tasted great, and the water sports salve! My hands get pretty beat up, taking all the load from the boat when I ski, and the water sports salve helps keep them soft yet durable and strong.
