Lisa Schrader

Name: Lisa Schrader

Title: Snowshoer Athlete

Lisa has been a runner her entire life and began racing in 2004, competing in half marathons and duathlons.  When she won her first snowshoe race in 2008, she began competing more and found a good niche.  She placed 3rd at nationals last year and hopes to compete on an international level.  When she’s not snowshoeing, she can be found playing with her dogs in the foothills of Colorado.  She is very active in kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, biking, hunting, fishing and gardening.  She’s always up for an adventure!
